McCall Adventures//film

TMAX 400, Self processed.

I’ve decided that I love film. I mean, love it. There are downsides, sure, like having  limited shots to shoot (36, in this case), but, on a plus side, that pushes me to make every shot count. I love the simplicity of shooting with my Pentax K1000; it’s just *click* *wind* *click* *wind* over and over. I love how light it feels around my neck compared to my DSLR. I also love the old look of it . This was the first time I tried TMAX 400. I ADORE it. The feel of these photos is just perfect, however they don’t do McCall Idaho justice.  It is so beautiful up there. Everything is picturesque from the way the pink sunlight shimmered upon the lake that night, to the tall, green robust trees on either side of the road, to the way the trees cleared to make view of the lake that I would later jump in, with a perfectly vertical dock and clear, cold water that reflected the mountains and trees around it.

I love adventures with friends.
